John Harvey, CPA,
MBT
John Harvey is the firm’s owner and general securities principal.
Mr. Harvey holds a Masters in Business Taxation (MBT) and a bachelor
of science degree in Accounting from the University of Southern
California (the Leventhal School of Accounting is consistently
ranked in the top five accounting schools by US News and World
Report). He began his career in 1989 with the Beverly Hills office of
Ernst & Young as a tax consultant to high net worth celebrities. Mr.
Harvey is a licensed CPA since 1991. Beginning in 1992, Mr. Harvey
worked as a tax consultant for Price Waterhouse and as a Senior
Manager with Deloitte & Touché in Los Angeles.
Mr. Harvey is also licensed as a Registered Investment Advisor,
General Securities Representative and General Securities Principal
(FINRA series 24, 7, 66 and 63) and offers tenants-in-common properties
for investment through OMNI Brokerage Securities Corporation (member
FINRA, SIPC), He is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of
California. He is a member of the Tenant-in-common Association (TICA), National Association of
Realtors (NAR), Apartment Owners Association (AOA), and the California
Society of CPA's.

Christina Nielson, MBA
Christina
Nielson is the Vice President of Client Services and has been with
Cornerstone Exchange Services, Branch Office of Omni Brokerage, Inc., since 2004.
She exclusively focuses on Tenants-in-Common investments for 1031 tax
deferred exchanges and works closely with national clients to find the
best solutions for the investors’ investment objectives. During her
tenure at Cornerstone she has helped investors purchase over $100
million of tenants in common real estate and has been one of Omni’s
Elite Advisors each year she has been with the firm. Along with the
Omni Due Diligence team, she evaluates tenants in common offerings and
continues to monitor property performance after closing, striving to
provide the highest level of continued customer service.
Ms. Nielson is
also a General Securities Principal (Series 24 registration) along with
holding the Series 7 and Series 63 registrations. Additionally, she is a
licensed California Real Estate Broker, an active member of the Tenants
in Common Association (TICA). Christina is a member of the Real
Estate Investment Association of California (RIAOC), holding the
Certified Realty Investment Associate (CRIA) designation, a Real Estate
associate section member of the Orange County BAR and a member of The
Pacific West Association of Realtors (PWAOR).
Christina
Nielson holds a Master of Business Administration in International
Business and Technology from the Theseus International Business
Institute /EDHEC in Sophia Antipolis, France attained while on a Rotary
Fellowship commission to Mougins, France. Ms. Nielson received her
Bachelors of Arts in International Security and Conflict Resolution from
San Diego State University where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa,
president of the College of Arts and Letters and graduated Cum Laude.
She currently lives in Orange County, CA with her husband and son.

Michelle Cassidy
Mrs. Cassidy has a degree in marketing
from the University of Monterey. Her
responsibilities at Cornerstone include tenants-in-common (TIC)
marketing, investor relations and office administration services.

Solorzano
Ms.
Solorzano is a tax consultant and has a degree in Accounting from
California State University, Fullerton.


Katrina DeGuzman
Katrina DeGuzman is a marketing and compliance consultant for
Cornerstone Exchange Services/OMNI brokerage. She has a bachelor’s
degree in Communications from California State University, Fullerton.
During her tenure at Cal State Fullerton she was a member of Alpha Chi
Omega national sorority. She held several leadership positions and was
involved in many philanthropic events. Katrina is looking forward to

Daniel Galvan
Daniel graduated from CSUF in 2003 with honors with
a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. He
has won a number of minority accounting scholarships from AICPA, HSF &
from CSUF. Once graduated, he went to a full-time ministry school for 2
years. Daniel is currently enrolled in Hope International University as
a part time student pursuing a MBA in Management and is scheduled to
graduate in May 2009.

Gary R.
Beynon
President & CEO
Gary R. Beynon is the Chairman and CEO of OMNI
Holdings, LLC. He also serves as President and CEO of OMNI Brokerage and
is an officer and director of several OMNI affiliated companies.
Mr. Beynon began his financial services career
with a nationwide real estate syndicator in 1981 as a sales
representative. In 1984, he became a registered representative and a
registered principal with Clark Securities Network. In 1989 Mr. Beynon
formed Excel Financial, a registered broker dealer with the SEC and
member of the FINRA. In 1995 he formed The OMNI Group of companies
renaming Excel Financial as OMNI Brokerage and introducing OMNI
Investment Advisors, a newly formed registered investment advisory firm
offering investment advice primarily to physicians. Under Mr. Beynon’s
leadership from 1990 to 2002, The OMNI Group of companies completed 32
private placement offerings in real estate and venture capital with
qualified private investors. In 2001 Mr. Beynon recognized the
tenant-in-common (TIC) industry and combined his experience in real
estate private placements with the independent broker dealer community
to focus on the TIC marketplace. Since then, Mr. Beynon has created the
premier broker dealer for the TIC industry, with an emphasis on quality
products, exemplary sales representatives, and industry leading managing
dealer services.
Mr. Beynon is a member of the Tenant-in-Common
Association and has been instrumental in serving on advisory boards and
contributing to its development of standards and best practices. He is a
frequent speaker on private investment offerings and the TIC industry at
conferences and symposiums. Mr. Beynon holds a Bachelors degree in
Finance and a Masters in Business Administration degree, both from the
University of Utah. He has also been awarded the CFP designation and
holds active real estate and insurance licenses. His securities licenses
include series 7, 63, 65, 22, 24 and 27.
Greg Paul
Managing Director
Greg Paul has been actively involved in the real estate syndication
industry since 1983. He has worked with such leading real estate
investment entities as Consolidated Capital, Partnership Securities
Exchange, and others. He founded American Partnership Services (APS) in
1993. Upon selling APS to GEMISYS Corporation, he presided as President
and Principal of GEMISYS Securities. Mr. Paul has held the office of
Managing Director at OMNI Brokerage since May 2002. He has endeavored
to make OMNI an industry leader in TIC sponsor/program due diligence and
distribution. Mr. Paul holds a Bachelor of Art in Economics from Brigham
Young University and a Master of Business Administration from the
Krannert Graduate School of Management at Purdue University.
Kevin Bradburn
President/Executive Principal
Kevin Bradburn has been actively involved in the broker/dealer community
since 1994, with an emphasis on alternative investments and direct
participation programs. He began his career with American Partnership
Services (APS). While representing investors in the liquidation of their
partnership interests, Mr. Bradburn also instituted the industry’s most
efficient auction system for matching sellers with buyers. In 1997, Mr.
Bradburn served as Branch Manager and Principal for the American
Partnership Board. During his tenure, APB’s annualized trading volume
exceeded $75 million. He developed the next generation auction system,
resulting in improved profit margins and enhanced regulatory
compliance. Mr. Bradburn joined the Madison Avenue Capital Group in
1999, a NY based investment management company, with more than $200
million managed for investors. As President, he established Madison
Marketplace Securities (MMS) as a full self-clearing broker/dealer. MMS
also obtained status as an Alternative Trading System (ATS) with the
SEC. Mr. Bradburn has served as Chief Operations Officer for OMNI
Brokerage, Inc. since 2002. His background in building broker/dealer
systems and procedures has facilitated OMNI’s significant growth, branch
office expansion, and management of dealer services. He has supervised
over 1200 TIC transactions, resulting in over $4.5 million in total
equity. Mr. Bradburn has served as a member of the Security Industry
Association Direct Investment Roundtable and as a member of the Family
Office Exchange. He received a Bachelors of Science degree in Economics
from Brigham Young University and holds series 7, 22, 24, and 63
licenses.
Charles R. Badalamenti
Chief Compliance Officer & Chief Financial Officer
Charles Badalamenti has been affiliated with OMNI Brokerage since
November 2002, and been an officer of the firm on a full time basis
since December 2004. Mr. Badalamenti has worked continuously in the
securities industry since 1979, with a predominant emphasis on direct
participation programs. Mr. Badalamenti was an Operations Manager and
Compliance Officer with Integrated Resources in NYC from 1979 to 1989.
From 1989 to 1999 he managed Securities Transfer and Tender Offer
Services at Trust Company of America / GEMISYS Securities in Denver,
Colorado. He was Chief Compliance Officer for all three divisions, and
the CFO of the brokerage division. From 1999 to 2001, Mr. Badalamenti
was the Chief Compliance Officer and Operations Manager for The Madison
Avenue Capital Group, headquartered in NYC. In 2001, he formed the
Sentinel Compliance Group, a broker-dealer consulting firm out of
Denver, Colorado, and was its acting President. Mr. Badalamenti
attended Fordham University in NYC, and completed his studies at
Fairleigh Dickinson University. He currently attends the FINRA Institute
at Wharton Business School and holds active Series 7, 24, 27 and 63
licenses.
Cameron Hellewell
Legal Counsel
Cameron Hellewell joined OMNI Brokerage in December 2005 to become the
company’s in-house Legal Counsel. Mr. Hellewell’s responsibilities
focus on negotiating and drafting agreements in matters involving real
property, securities, tax, and employment law, as well as general
corporate governance. He also assists OMNI’s Chief Compliance Officer
with matters related to regulatory compliance and works closely with
OMNI’s outside counsel and the legal counsel to sponsors on a wide range
of issues. Prior to joining OMNI, Mr. Hellewell’s professional
experience includes working for an international commercial real estate
company, and a commercial real estate development company that developed
assisted living centers, retail centers and office buildings. During law
school, Mr. Hellewell worked as a judicial extern for The Honorable
Bruce S. Jenkins at the United States District Court for the District of
Utah. Mr. Hellewell earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of
Utah, his juris doctorate from the Case Western Reserve University
School of Law and is a member of the American Bar Association and the
Utah State Bar.
